I'm new To The Moon. Should I volunteer?

Absolutely! In fact, volunteering is one of the fastest and best ways to integrate yourself into the community.

What position should I volunteer for?

What are you good at? There is almost certainly a perfect spot for you. If you're not sure, check in with the community for suggestions and email volunteer@tothemoonburn.com for advice.

Can I get a free ticket if I volunteer?

Traditionally, discounted tickets are available for those who volunteered the minimum hours the prior year. In other words, you can work toward future discounts.

What is required to volunteer?

Mostly just yourself. Some positions require a couple meetings prior to joining the group, but some are available with minimal prep.

Applications

This is a high level position requiring expanded time commitments, leadership qualities, communication skills, organization skills, commitment to monthly meetings, ability to balance action items and default life, love and passion for Moon Burn Culture and continuing the cosmic vision and values.

This is a high level position that requires presence, management and communications for the designated team. A lead must reliably show a high level of real-time, problem solving ability in addition to a willingness to work with those involved. Team leads keep the event moving forward!

Art Grant Applications open from 2/23 - 3/21, Decisions made by 3/28

Interested in bringing a significant art project to TTM? We can help! Every year, we provide art grants to a number of projects in order to help with construction, transportation, and access for the artists’ teams. Art grants can consist of funding and/or tickets that can help you bring your magic to the moon.

The Effigy and Temple at To the Moon are two special art projects that burn on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. They occupy unique positions of prominence and importance in our Burner culture. We are currently accepting applications for the design and construction of these structures. Applications close March 31.
