The To the Moon/Touchbass Board of Directors holds a public Board meeting on the third Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm CST/7:30pm EST via Zoom. Community members are invited to join the call to experience the planning of our event. At the end of each meeting, the BOD opens up the floor to participants for questions, comments, and ideas! To join a BOD meeting, click on the agenda for the date of the meeting you wish to join, and follow the Zoom link at the top of the agenda. If you have a topic you would like to be addressed or you would like to present an idea to the board, please email BOD@tothemoonburn.com
